4kg to under 120kg. That means that if I am to meet my revised target date of 26 Feb (to take my position at the All Africa Poker) I need to lose 900grams in 3 days. The task sounds pretty easy but history has shown that I normally put on or at best maintain my weight the week after a long cycle such as the one I did yesterday.
